- To make the non-alcoholic version: Add 4 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the hibiscus flowers, cover, and let steep for 30 minutes or until cool. (This step can be done 1 day ahead, store in the refrigerator)
- Fill a gallon jar with the wine or hibiscus tea, seltzer, berries, lemons, limes, cocktail syrup, cocktail blueberries, and mix to combine. Add plenty of ice, drink, and enjoy.
