Wolffer Verjus 25oz

Verjus is the juice of underripe grapes, deployed as a vinegar alternative in traditional French cuisine. Wölffer's verjus is made from sweet and sour Long Island grapes, and it works wonderfully in place of citrus juice in cocktail recipes and in marinades, for deglazing, and as a condiment for fresh seafood. Produced and bottled in Sagaponack, NY.
