Adzuki Beans 16oz

Also known as azuki or aduki, adzuki beans are very popular in Japanese, Korean, and Chinese cuisine for their nutty, slightly sweet flavor. Use them to make red bean baked goods and desserts. Most dried beans benefit from an overnight soak. Rinse them clean and cover by at least 2 inches of water and soak for at least 8 hours. You can use the soaking liquid to cook the beans as well.
