Peeled and Split Small Fava Beans 16oz

Also known as broad beans, fava beans are popular in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean recipes such as ful medames thanks to their meaty, starchy texture and bold, earthy flavor. Fava beans can be stewed, boiled, pureed, sautéed, or roasted. Most dried beans benefit from an overnight soak. Rinse them clean and cover by at least 2 inches of water and soak for at least 8 hours. You can use the soaking liquid to cook the beans as well.
