Angkor Foods Black Pearls (Salted Kampot Peppercorns)

Black Pearls are Kampot peppercorns grown in the traditional Cambodian way and harvested by hand before maturity. They are fermented with Kampot sea salt and then tossed with additional Kampot sea salt. The fermentation reinforces the rich flavor of the peppercorns. Black Pearls do not need to be ground and make a great crunchy addition to any dish.
