Black Chickpeas 16oz

Also known as kala chana or kadala, black chickpeas have a chewy, meaty texture and more hearty flavor than other chickpeas, which makes them ideal for curries, falafel, salads, and more. Most dried beans benefit from an overnight soak. Rinse them clean and cover by at least 2 inches of water and soak for at least 8 hours. You can use the soaking liquid to cook the beans as well.
