Coarse Moroccan Couscous 16oz

Coarse couscous from Morocco, made from semolina. To cook, steam over boiling water in a cheesecloth-lined colander with a cover for 15 minutes. Alternatively, add 1 cup couscous to 1 1/3 cups boiling water and simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
