Ramona Farms Hotevilla Pink Polenta 16oz

Ramona Farms coarse ground stone-milled pink corn polenta is a crop native to the Hopi tribe. Also known as "parching corn', the pink corn is dried and parched to preserve flavor then milled as needed. The parching process adds additional sweetness to the corn.

To Prepare:

Mix 3 parts water to 1 part polenta and bring to a slow boil stirring frequently. Remove from the heat & pour into a shallow pan. Cool and refrigerate overnight then cut into squares and shallow fry in a cast-iron skillet. Top with salsa or maple syrup for a tasty breakfast.
