Iio Jozo Pickling Vinegar 12 oz

Made from Iio Jozo pure rice vinegar, brown sugar from Tanegashima, Australian sea salt, and a dashi made from organic sun-dried tomatoes, organic bay leaf from Shizuoka prefecture, and organic black peppercorns from Sri Lanka. Simply add cut vegetables, place in Ziplock bag, add some vinegar, put in the fridge overnight for delicious pickles or use it as base for a vinaigrette.
