Kamut Flakes 16oz

Like rolled oats, these crispy kamut (a.k.a. khorasan) flakes are made from rolled whole kamut. Add them to granola or baked goods, or make a hot cereal by adding 1/2 cup of kamut flakes to 3/4 cups of boiling water. Cook for 3 minutes, then stir and add desired toppings.
