Kasha (Roasted Buckwheat) 16oz

A fruit seed rather than a grain, buckwheat groats don't need to be cooked before they're eaten. Also known as kasha when toasted. To cook, add 1 cup buckwheat groats to 2 cups of boiling water and simmer, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
