Kashmiri Rajma Beans 16oz

Also known as kidney beans, these Kashmiri rajma have a slightly firm texture and a mild, creamy flavor that's popular in salads, soups, and curries. Most dried beans benefit from an overnight soak. Rinse them clean and cover by at least 2 inches of water and soak for at least 8 hours. You can use the soaking liquid to cook the beans as well.
