Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce

Traditionally brewed from water, wheat, soybeans and salt, Kikkoman soy sauce is aged for several months to develop its characteristic rich, yet mellow flavor, appetizing aroma and distinctive reddish-brown color. This soy sauce has about 40% of its salt extracted after brewing and should be added to dishes towards the end of cooking for the best flavor.
