Organic Millet 16oz

This organic millet is gluten-free and has a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. Use it in place of quinoa or couscous. To cook, add 1 cup millet to 2 cups boiling water and simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
