Where do you ship?
Snuk Foods ships to all addresses in the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Canada, but we hope to extend our services in the near future! We do not ship through third party shippers.
Where is my package?
If you have not received a notification that your product has shipped, the order is still being processed. Once it has been processed, a notification will be sent with a tracking number. Please keep in mind, that once your package leaves our dock, it is in the hands of Fed Ex or USPS and the carrier is responsible for delivery. Because of high volume during the COVID crisis, shipping delivery dates may be delayed.
How do you ship and calculate shipping costs?
We ship primarily via FedEx and USPS. You can estimate your shipping cost on the cart page by entering your zip code.
Shipping and handling costs may vary depending on the rates offered by our shipping carriers and the promotions we may run. We do our very best to provide fast, economical shipping to our customers! Snuk reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards as well as debit cards bearing the MasterCard or Visa logo. You can also pay for your orders directly from your checking account or via Apple Pay or PayPal (mobile only).

Please ensure that you've correctly typed or copied it into the promotion code field, and make sure that it hasn't expired. Keep in mind that only one promotion code can be used on each order.

What do the dietary labels on your product pages mean?
Every Snuk Foods product page highlights foods that are certified organic, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, and non-GMO. We define these terms as follows: “Organic” means foods certified USDA organic, and non-GMO and gluten free foods follow the certifications on their packaging. “Vegetarian” foods may include dairy and/or eggs but contain no meat or meat byproducts. “Vegan” foods contain no animal products, including honey, though they may contain sugars processed with bone char. We also highlight foods that have received Halal and Kosher certification. For specifics, consult the product packaging or contact us at info@snukfoods.com.
How can I find out if a product is safe for my food allergies?
We cannot guarantee that our bulk foods are completely free of peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, dairy, and other allergens. For packaged foods, consult the ingredient and nutrition information label on the food’s product page.
How long do spices last?
Dried herbs and spices never go ‘bad,’ but they will lose potency over time as their essential oils vaporize and other compounds oxidize. For the most vibrant flavor, we recommend using ground spices within 6 months of purchase, and whole spices within 1 year.
How long do dried beans and grains last?
Dried beans and grains are shelf stable and will keep for years in a cool, dry place. However, reallyold beans may take longer to cook and might suffer in flavor and texture.
Do I need to soak dried beans before cooking?
To shorten cooking time, rinse dried beans, then cover with at least 2 inches of water and soak for 8 hours at room temperature or in your refrigerator. Use soaked beans within a day, and you can use the soaking liquid to cook the beans as well. You can also “quick soak” beans by bringing them to a boil over high heat, cooking for 10 minutes, then removing from heat and covering for 1 hour. Lentils cook quickly don’t need soaking in advance.
Do I need to refrigerate condiments?
When sealed, our bottled and jarred condiments, such as soy sauce, fish sauce vinegar, and oils do not require refrigeration. Once you open the bottle, follow the product instructions. Generally, condiments like soy sauce, fish sauce, and delicate oils don’t require refrigeration after opening, but doing so will prolong their peak flavor.
We often get questions about the "best by" dates on our products, especially when products get closer to these dates. This date indicates when a product will be at best quality/flavor, as determined by the producer. Our producers take these dates very seriously because they want their customers to experience the best their products can offer. As such, our producers sometimes have relatively short "best by" dates...often only 6-9 months from the date of production. And since we import many of our products by sea (a process that takes a few months at the best of times), this leaves us with an even shorter time until the "best by" date.
But knowing that as long as the product has been stored correctly, it should be good until the time spoilage is evident even past the best buy date. However what you may experience as a product passes the "best by" date is a slight dulling of flavor or perhaps darkening in color.
If you receive a product with a best buy date that seems shorter or anything does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately via email at info@snukfoods.com and we'll make it right.
