- Combine all ingredients into a short, elegant glass.
- Add a single large ice cube and swirl for 10 seconds (until chilled)
- Garnish with a star anise and freshly grated nutmeg
- The grated nutmeg is phenomenal; I’ve never tried this with an old-fashioned before. I was hesitant at first, but it turned out great!
- If this is too sweet for you, reduce the Tippleman's or just add a few more dashes of bitters.
