Step one

Bring ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool.

  • preserved lemon paste,1 1/2,teaspoon,,ny-shuk-preserved-lemon-puree

Step two

Bring ingredients to a boil. Remove from heat and let cool. Remove rosemary sprigs and store in an airtight container for up to one week in the fridge.

Step three

Combine the bourbon, Canton's ginger liquor, rosemary and preserved lemon simple syrup, and homemade lemonade in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve immediately.
