Extinct Chemical Company Acid Phosphate 8oz

Until the 1950s, "phosphate" sodas were all the rage, thanks to this tongue-tingling solution of diluted phosphoric acid and minerals. As sour as lime juice, acid phosphate can be added to cocktails and classic soda fountain recipes like the Cherry Phosphate. Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per drink.
