Created by two olive oil sommeliers, Erin and Jannel, this exceptional California-certified extra virgin olive oil is pressed from California olives picked at their peak and milled immediately after harvest.
The current harvest ENHANCE extra virgin olive oil is filtered and made with Picual -- a Spanish olive -- sourced from a single estate in California’s Central Valley, and harvested in October 2020. Certified by the California Olive Oil Council, the resulting EVOO has notes of fig tree, tomato leaf, green almond and banana, and is reminiscent of a crisp spring morning in southern Spain.
The ideal finishing oil for roasted vegetables, hummus & dips, pasta, fish and poultry, grains, and tofu.
