Mayocoba Beans 16 oz

These delightful yellow beans from Primary Beans are used in Coastal Mexico for refried beans and Tacu Tacu in Peru to use up leftover beans and rice. With a smooth, buttery texture, rich golden broth, and a mildly sweet flavor, use them in recipes calling for white beans.

Most dried beans benefit from an overnight soak. Rinse them clean and cover with at least 2 inches of water and soak for at least 8 hours. You can use the soaking liquid for cooking the beans as well.
