Kisaichi Jozo Edomae Akasu Red Vinegar

Akasu means "Red Vinegar" and this wonderful product from Kisaichi Jozo is made from 3 year aged sake kasu (lees).Traditionally in Japan this is used to season sushi rice, but this brew is so much more because its taste is similar to an aged sherry vinegar.
