Akasu Red Vinegar 6.8 oz

Akasu means "Red Vinegar". This wonderful product from Kisaichi Jozo is made from fermented sake that is aged for 10 years.  Akasu red vinegar tastes like tame sherry vinegar crossed with rice vinegar. Sushi chefs use it to season their rice, but we find it amazing in many other ways - pickles, vinaigrettes, etc.
