Romesco, a smoky slightly spicy sauce made from almonds, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, and spices, originated in Catalonia, Spain. A SOFI 2022 award winner for "best new product," Rhonda's Romesco is the most delicious we've ever tasted. It's fantastic on fish, as a dip, and is excellent served with cheese and charcuterie. We also love it on eggs or as a bruschetta topping.
